Comprehensive Cleaning Rate is required  for your first initial cleaning.

Comprehensive Cleanings take 2-3 times longer than maintenance cleans, and rate is increased to $40/hr.

Estimates are estimates, not a guarantee. After a few maintenance cleanings, a standard time frame can be settled on. Setting a cap (maximum) on the amount of time spent cleaning is always an option.

I service homes in Ann Arbor & Detroit, up to 25 miles from city center.

Further distances considered, with minimum day rate + mileage reimbursement.

If there are certain products that you would prefer I use for your home, you must provide and store these at your home in order for me to use.

• Moving & re-placing most items to dust/wipe underneath and around them.

• Lights, ceiling fixtures such as fans & piping, wall hangings, etc.

• Baseboards, indents & ledges on doors, drawers, cabinets, etc.

• Every little nook, cranny, and corner that could hold a cobweb.

• Wet-dusting whenever necessary.

• Using vacuum attachment for debris in crevices.

• Wiping & spot-cleaning all exterior surfaces. Furniture, counters, cabinet/drawer faces, appliances, glass picture frames, etc.

• Extra attention to grime in all nooks and crannies of kitchen & bathrooms.

• Interior of microwave.

• Sanitizing light switches & door handles. Other areas on request.

• Initial sweep with broom.

• Vacuuming, attachments for corners/crevices and furniture.

• Vacuuming underneath furniture completely.

• Flat mop with Bon Ami for most floors.

• Spin mop for concrete and textured floors.

• Moving and re-placing rugs to clean underneath.

• Additional spot cleaning as needed.

• Collecting trash & recycling throughout home.

• Taking trash & recycling out to bins/dumpsters, replacing bags.

• Making beds, tidying any blankets & pillows throughout home.

• Collecting dirty laundry throughout home and placing in basket, or in laundry area if basket unavailable.

• Laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, putting away, on request only. Add .5hr to estimate.

• Wall spots in kitchen & bathrooms.

• General tidying of clutter. Further organization on request only. Add .5hr to estimate.

• Houseplant care, removing dead leaves & watering on request only.

• Dishes, handwashing or dishwasher, drying, putting away, on request only. Add .5hr to estimate.

• REQUIRED RATE for first-time & one-off cleanings, not including interiors.

• Interiors of cabinets, drawers, and closets.

• 3 years professional experience working with cats & dogs of all ages and breeds.

• 5+ years personal experience fostering cats & kittens.

• Some personal experience with aquarium, reptile, and bird care.

• Ask me about petsitting, walking, yard cleanup, tank/cage cleaning, feeding.
